It is not true that every food that we eat helps the body. Foods that we eat can give us strong cells, they can give us weak cells or cells that are not different from what we already have. Anytime we try to avoid foods that are not good like alcohol , tobacco, fat , sugar, pastries, meat processed foods, for better ones like greens, vegetables, fruits, whole grains and unprocessed foods we build Stronger blood cells than what we previously had. When we eat unhealthy foods than what we eat daily , we build weaker body cells than what we use to produce. When we maintain the foods that we eat, we produce cells that are neither stronger nor weaker than what we already have .

We develop chronic diseases when we eat foods that are not producing stronger cells that can stop rapid degeneration of the body . When we eat foods that produce the same and similar cells, we maintain cells which are unable to fight and reverse our chronic diseases. Are you changing your food for the better ? .
